- Duplicate Purchase:

- Incorrect Product Delivered:

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for the following:

- Accidental purchase due to customer error.
- Claims made more than 14 days after the purchase date.

Approved Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
